Experts Show How to Testify Before Congress in “Thrill on the Hill” Research Report

“It’s the most important business meeting you’ll ever have.” So begins the latest research report from Barks Communications President Ed Barks.

The new publication, Thrill on the Hill: How to Turn Congressional Testimony into Public Policy Success, delves into that critical meeting: Testifying before a Congressional committee.
