National Press Club members and their guests are invited to participate in an August 9 dialogue on how to prepare for their company’s Congressional testimony. Barks Communications President Ed Barks will lead the discussion.
While Supreme Court nominations and grilling of administration officials typically take the lion’s share of the spotlight, CEOs and other corporate and association experts comprise a good percentage of Congressional witnesses. The discussion will touch on strategies for preparation and ongoing improvement.
National Press Club members should register for the event here. Specifics of Barks’ presentation are as follows:
- Date: Thursday, August 9, 2018
- Time: 8 -9 a.m.
- Place: National Press Club; 529 14th Street, NW; Washington, D.C.
